Ingredients
For the Pancakes:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder

• 1/4 tsp salt
• 3/4 cup buttermilk
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 large egg
• 2 tbsp melted butter (plus more for cooking)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Peanut Butter Topping:
• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (use Nautty Peanut Butter)
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
• 1/4 cup milk (adjust for drizzling consistency)
• Pinch of salt

Instructions:
1. Make the batter: In a bowl, whisk all dry ingredients. In another, mix the wet ingredients. Combine both just until smooth—don’t overmix.
2. Cook pancakes: Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle with a little butter. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake. Cook 2–3 mins per side until bubbles form and edges look set.
3. Prepare the topping: In a small saucepan or microwave, gently warm peanut butter, powdered sugar, milk, and salt. Stir until smooth and pourable.
4. Assemble: Stack pancakes, drizzle generously with the peanut butter topping, and serve warm. Optional: add chocolate chips or chopped peanuts.
